Yield is non-negotiable. Location is key. 


While they are flexible on property type, any opportunity must be suitable for solar panel installation to meet the conditions of a “solar home loan special.”


Strata costs must be reasonable where applicable.


Deal Breakers:
No properties within 30km of any RAAF base due postings.
Townsville and Bundaberg are excluded.


Viable Locations Under Consideration:
Victoria: Moe / Morwell (high yield, low buy-in), Mildura (stable regional economy)

Queensland: Maryborough (tight vacancy, strong yield), Toowoomba (infrastructure-
backed growth)

South Australia: Mount Gambier (regional strength, population growth)
New South Wales: Tamworth and Gunnedah (diverse economies, consistent returns)


The ideal opportunity will combine strong tenancy appeal with future-proof
fundamentals, in a location backed by real data—not hype.
